The Gasoline / Diesel Engine Section Training Set features various components of a gasoline/diesel engine in sectional form, designed for educational purposes. When powered, the working mechanism of the gasoline/diesel engine can be observed from different points. The sectional areas and components are painted in different colors. The system's movement is driven by an asynchronous motor powered from the mains voltage. When energized, the motor operates at a low speed of approximately 5 revolutions per minute. This allows easy observation of the system's movement. Additionally, since there is no active lubrication in the system, this low speed prevents mechanical failures that could occur. Electrical and mechanical safety vulnerabilities have been considered, and the design prioritizes user safety. The platform on which the system is positioned is equipped with lockable wheels for easy mobility. The entire panel is made of durable metals.
