GAS TURBINE TRAINING SET

Gas turbines operate based on a Brayton cycle using air as the working fluid. Air under atmospheric conditions passes through a radial fan and reaches high pressure. Fuel is injected into the high-pressure air and ignited, adding energy to the air and producing a high-temperature flow. The resulting high-temperature, high-pressure air enters the turbine, producing shaft work and rotating the turbine. The unused energy in the exhaust gases at the turbine outlet is connected to an electric generator, converting it to electrical power, similar to the thrust generated in a turbojet engine.
