INDOOR NATURAL GAS INSTALLATION TRAINING SET

The indoor natural gas installation consists of a natural gas stove, 4-burner cooktop, natural gas regulator, natural gas meter, gas leak sensor, earthquake sensor, solenoid valve, and ball valves.

IN-HOME HOT WATER INSTALLATION TRAINING SET
IN-HOME HOT WATER INSTALLATION TRAINING SET

A water heater (termosiphon) is an electric device that heats the water it contains to the desired temperature and maintains it at that temperature. Heating the water inside the tank is done by a resistance (heater) as in all electric heaters. Water heaters are devices that heat water within a certain time. The in-home hot water training set is designed to introduce hot water elements and demonstrate their operation and connection principles. Instant water heaters heat the water as it passes through the device. Unlike water heaters, there is no need to wait for the water to heat up. There is a cold water inlet and a hot water outlet. Gas water heaters burn gas fuel with burners by mixing it with air, heating the water passing through their heat exchangers, and expelling combustion gases outside. In flue-type water heaters, the air necessary for combustion is taken from the room where the device is located, and the waste gases are expelled outside via a traditional chimney connection. These types of devices are open to the surrounding environment.

GAS-FIRED BURNER MALFUNCTION TRAINING SET
GAS-FIRED BURNER MALFUNCTION TRAINING SET

The Natural Gas Burner is a device that creates a controlled and efficient mixture of air and fuel to enable combustion. The general principle of these devices is to increase combustion efficiency, achieve ideal combustion conditions, prevent environmental pollution, and ensure energy savings. In burner design, both the operating principle and the characteristics of the control system must be considered to determine the type according to the combustion chamber's features. Burners are used in boilers, furnaces, water heating tanks, and similar places.

GAS BOILER MALFUNCTION TRAINING SET
GAS BOILER MALFUNCTION TRAINING SET

The boiler's heating circuit includes one thermostatic valve radiator, one thermostatic valve towel radiator, and an underfloor heating system. By measuring the inlet and outlet water temperatures and flow rates in the hot water and heating circuits, the boiler's instantaneous real heating capacity can be determined.

FLOOR HEATING TRAINING SET
FLOOR HEATING TRAINING SET

Designed to demonstrate the boiler operation and connection principle for hot water and heating installation. The floor heating system is based on the principle of delivering heated water to radiators through pipes on a flat or residential basis and heating the environment through heat transfer. Floor heating offers advantages in price, efficiency, and lifespan evaluation with a single boiler.

CENTRAL HEATING CONTROL TRAINING SET
CENTRAL HEATING CONTROL TRAINING SET

Central heating is a system that ensures heat energy taken from a source is evenly distributed to every part of the building. This allows independent sections within the building to be heated. Hot water and steam taken from the center through pipes are directed to the areas targeted for heating. Central heating is especially preferred in areas with high urbanization.

HEAT RECOVERY AIR HANDLING UNIT
HEAT RECOVERY AIR HANDLING UNIT

Heat recovery ventilation devices transfer heat between fresh air and exhaust air, recovering heat energy lost during ventilation and regulating room temperature changes caused by ventilation. This ensures a continuously comfortable and clean environment. The training set features a 40*40 sigma aluminum profile body, a composite panel body covering with aluminum matrix and 4 mm thickness. The front panel of the training set includes a wiring diagram of the components used in the operation of the set, and the training set is mobile (can be moved).

CIRCULATION PUMP TRAINING SET
CIRCULATION PUMP TRAINING SET

They increase the mechanical energy by raising the velocity, pressure, and height of fluids. In this experiment set, the total head, efficiency, and characteristic features of the mechanical pump are examined. Pumps can be connected in series or parallel using ball valves. In parallel connection used to increase total flow rate, if two pumps with the same characteristics are used, their flow rates are summed to obtain the total flow rate. The total head remains constant. In series connection used for pressure increase, the total head obtained equals the sum of the heads of both pumps. For flow rate determination, the capacity of the pump with the lowest capacity is considered valid. Therefore, pumps of the same size were used for efficiency, and series connection was applied.
