AUTO AIR CONDITIONING SECTION TRAINING SET
It is designed to demonstrate the basic functions and working principles of automotive air conditioners. This sectional experimental set aims to help understand and grasp the working principle of the internal components more easily. In the air conditioning system, the refrigerant gas must be compressed and cooled to turn into a liquid state. The compressor compresses the refrigerant to the condenser. The refrigerant, whose pressure and temperature increase, turns into a liquid at an average temperature of 60 °C as it passes through the condenser. The high-pressure liquid refrigerant passes through the expansion valve to a larger volume, causing its pressure to drop. The refrigerant in liquid form evaporates inside the evaporator, absorbing heat from its surroundings. The surface and surroundings of the evaporator cool down to between -10 °C and -18 °C. This cooling effect is blown into the car interior by the evaporator fan controlled by the driver. This process is repeated as the refrigerant gas turns back from vapor to liquid state.
